2. Listing Creation
After you have forwarded the list of the required information, we check everything in detail. Once all the information is confirmed your villa will be listed by CVS within 48 hours.

Your bookings will be forwarded by CVS and your online calendar automatically updated.

How does CVS get paid?
CVS receives a commission on bookings received through our marketing channels, including our website and social media promotion services.
Commissions are deducted from the booking charge, the balance transferred to the villa owner or villa manager to your designated bank account.
No cash payments are processed through this system for your peace of mind.
How can my villa be to upgraded to a featured listing?
Get more attention because your villa is listed as a featured destination. Our exclusive featured service provides targeted advertising on either 1 or more social media platforms with direct advertising exposure to more than 1,000 Sri Lankan tourists.
Featured properties enjoy prime viewing exposure on our website for 3 months.
The cost per 90 day feature is $50, of which 25% is dedicated to marketing. Marketing results are provided every 30 days.
How are refunds managed?
Refunds only apply in special circumstances according to the terms and conditions of each villa. Should a refund ever be necessary, it is processed directly from the villa owner or villa manager’s account to the guest.
The amount of any refund will be determined by CVS, including handling, commission or transaction fees [Bank charges, Credit card charges, Terminal or Handling fees].
Once the villa owner or management company has received and approved the request, our policy is payment within 7 days to the guest.

Villa owners, whether individuals or companies or villa management companies are invited to use our exclusive services
How do you get paid?
Don’t get caught waiting for payments; prior to guest checkout funds will be deposited into your preferred bank account.
What happens if a guest cancels a reservation?
CVS manages cancellations, upgrades or booking changes. This requires no input from the villa owner or villa management company.
